Integrating new technology into K–12 curriculum design is crucial for enhancing learning outcomes and fostering student innovation, which involves utilizing various digital tools, resources, and methods such as blended learning, online platforms, educational apps, and digital assessments.
I applied pedagogical theory and collaborated with the ISTE standards, BC’s curriculum, and BC’s Digital Literacy Framework to ensure seamless integration. The goal of aligning the learning content with local teaching practices in BC was to support and empower local teachers to effectively address emerging digital challenges and leverage technology in their classrooms.
